Worldcat Marketing takes your privacy very seriously. We have developed this privacy policy to let you know how we collect and use the personal information you provide to us.

Information You Volunteer We collect personally identifying information (name, email address, mailing address, industry, occupation) which you choose to provide to us such as when registering at any of our websites, registering for webcasts, subscribing to our blog and e-newsletters, participating in surveys, or registering for training.

Our websites log IP addresses and browser types but we do not match IP addresses against personally identifiable information. This means that your online session will be tracked, but you will remain anonymous in the public areas of the sites. However, we hope that all of our users will register with us to utilize all of the product and service offerings available at our sites.

At any time, subscribers may cancel their subscription to any e-mail list by sending us an email.

Children's Privacy It is important to us that we protect the privacy of children. Online store Worldcat Marketing has an online store. Billing information will be used to bill your credit card provider for your purchase, and shipping information will be disclosed to third party shippers. Your California Privacy Rights California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.
